Please help the PCSO bring Joe’s killer to justice…

Pasco Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who allegedly tossed a dog out of a moving van early this morning near the intersection of Orchid Lake Road and Floral View Way in New Port Richey. The suspect/driver is described as a large, heavy set female, approximately 45 years of age, with blonde hair pulled back into a pony tail, and wearing glasses. The van is a white or grey color minivan, unknown make and model. Preliminary information indicates the dog suffered a broken pelvis. The mix-breed dog is now in the possession of county Animal Services. Anyone who has any information about the suspect or incident is asked to call the Sheriff's Office Tips Line at 800-706-2488.
